*Stripping rate is dependent on thickness of the tin/lead deposit and its' age, and the saturation level of the baths. Fresh baths are always faster than those that are nearly spent.

Equipment:

TANKS: polypropylene, PVC, PVDC, fiberglass

HEATERS: Teflon Coated, quartz (if needed)

EXHAUST VENTILATION: Recommended

RACKS: 316 Stainless Steel plactisol coated preferred

Maintenance:

Keep tanks covered when not in use. Replace dragout with fresh solution; replace evaporation with D.I. water.

Control:

No analysis is required. Control is by visual observation of stripping rate. When stripping times for either Part A or Part B slow to unacceptable levels it is time to replace the baths.
