DURACLEAN SC-325 Screen
Cleaner is a concentrated screen cleaner designed to penetrate and
remove all types of screen inks including partially cured plating
resists and solder masks.
DURACLEAN SC-325 has
a high loading capacity, low evaporation rate, and rinses without
foaming. See below for specifications applicable to AQMD.

DURACLEAN SC-235 Screen
Cleaner was designed to remove all types of screen inks, plating
resists, and solder masks from stainless or fabric screens without
attacking the stencil.

Rinse: Remove softened ink and stripping solution with high pressure
warm water spray.
Stripping times depend
on screen resist, thickness and degree of cure. Average times range
from 1 to 5 minutes.

Maintenance:

The only maintenance
is to maintain the level of the working bath with fresh DURACLEAN
SC-325 concentrate.

Control:
|
|
DURACLEAN SC-325 Screen
Cleaner cannot be controlled by chemical methods. The solution should
be discarded when stripping times become excessive or when stripped
materials re-deposit on the screen.
|
Safety:
|
|
Normal precautionary
measures for handling aqueous solvent-based materials should be
observed. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Use safety
goggles, rubber gloves and protective clothing when handling this
material.
In case of contact with
skin or eyes, immediately flush with cool water for at least 15
minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before
reuse. Call a physician. (Destroy contaminated shoes).
Avoid breathing mist
or vapors. In case of inhalation, remove person to fresh air. If
breathing is difficult, call a physician. Do not take internally.
In case of ingestion, give patient plenty of water, lemon juice
or milk. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Call a physician.

Storage:
|
|
Store at 50° to
100° F (10° to 38°C). Keep containers closed and away
from direct heat. Keep separate from sources of ignition and from
strong oxidizing agents. In case of spillage, absorb the spill with
inert absorbent materials and transfer to suitable waste container.
Following removal of absorbents, flush spill site with plenty of
water.

guaranteed for (1) year from date of receipt in unopened containers.
