DURACLEAN MC is a highly
concentrated alkaline equipment cleaning formulation designed to
remove hard water, carbonate, and photopolymer residues from conveyorized
developing and stripping equipment, as well as etching machines
that use ammoniacal etching solutions.

Applications:

DURACLEAN MC was designed
specifically to clean conveyorized equipment used to develop dry
film and LPI solder masks; equipment used for stripping dry film;
and etching equipment using ammoniacal etchants.

Directions For Use:
|
|
MAKE UP:
5% by volume for developing equipment
5
- 10 % by volume for stripping equipment
5
- 10 % by volume for ammoniacal etching equipment
TEMPERATURE: 130°
± 5°F
TIME: One
(1) hour or until clean
OPERATION: 1.
Fill machine sump with hot water
2.
Add cleaner concentrate. Note: be sure solution level is higher
than normal sump level to assure cleaning sludge ring deposits that
form at the top of the sump.
3.
Set heater(s) to 130°F
4.
Allow to run until all residues have been removed (approx. 30 minutes
to 1 hour)
5.
Drain Sump and rinse thoroughly.
6. For ammoniacal etchers only:
1.
Follow steps 1 - 5
2.
Refill sump with water.
3.
Add 5-7% muriatic acid (HCL)
4.
Operate pumps for 30 minutes.
5.
Drain and rinse thoroughly
SPECIAL NOTES: When
equipment is cleaned on a regular basis, cleaning solutions can
be used more than once. Solutions used to clean developers can be
used to clean stripping equipment.

DURACLEAN MC is compatible
with PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, titanium, stainless steel,
Viton, and Teflon. Do not use with Vinyl Butyrate or Butyl Rubber.

DURACLEAN MC is alkaline.
In case of skin contact flush with copious quantities of cool fresh
water immediately. At the first sign of irritation consult a physician.
Wear eye protection at all times. In case of eye contact flush immediately
with cool, fresh water for at least 15 minutes. Consult a physician
immediately.

Storage:

Keep containers sealed.
Keep partial containers closed at all times. Store product away
from sources of direct heat. Keep away from acid materials and strong
oxidizing agents. Store product between 40° and 100°F.

DURACLEAN MC is guaranteed
for one (1) year from date of receipt in unopened containers.
