Description:

ANTI-FOAM #35 is a highly
concentrated foam inhibitor with good dispersability, persistence
and rinsing properties intended for use with alkaline dry film developing
and stripping solutions.
ANTI-FOAM #35 contains
no solvents of any kind and therefore will not attack, swell, or
cause embrittlement of any equipment components. Also, ANTI-FOAM
#35 contains no silicates, stearates, or other precipitateable solids
which can adversly affect rinsing and be a cause of redeposition
problems.

Applications:

|
ANTI-FOAM #35 is intended
for use in alkaline solutions used for developing and stripping
aqueous developable photopolymers including dry film and liquid
photoimageable (LPI) solder masks.
|
Directions For Use:
|
|
Use as received. Add
50 to 100 milliliters of ANTI-FOAM #35 to 100 gallons of developer
or stripping solution. ANTI-FOAM #35 is a foam inhibitor and should
be added BEFORE faom becomes excessive. Add more as needed.

Safety:
|
|
Exercise care when dispensing
or otherwise handling this product. Avoid contact with skin and
eyes. Avoid breathing vapors. In case of contact flush with large
amounts of cold water. In case of eye contact flush with cold water
for 15 to 20 minutes and see a physician immediately. Read MSDS
before handling this product and wear appropriate goggles, gloves
and protective clothing.

Storage:

Keep containers sealed
until needed. Keep partial containers closed at all times. Store
product between 40° and 100°F. Keep away from sources of
direct heat, sparks, and strong oxidizing agents.

ANTI-FOAM #30 is guaranteed
for (1) year from date of receipt in unopened containers.
