Description:

Anti-Foam #30
is a specialized foam inhibitor with good persistence and rinse-ability
designed specifically for use with alkaline photoresist developers
and strippers in medium to high pressure conveyorized spray machines.
Anti-Foam #30
contains no silicates, stearates, or any other perceptible solids
which can be adversely affect rinsing, product shelf life, or be
a cause of redepostion problems.

Anit-Foam #30
was developed for use in conveyorized photoresist developers and
strippers to inhibit foam buildup while maintaining excellent rinsing
properties.

Rinse: Remove softened ink and stripping solution with high pressure
warm water spray.
Stripping times depend
on screen resist, thickness and degree of cure. Average times range
from 1 to 5 minutes.

Maintenance:
|
|
Make up: Use as received.
Add 50 to 100 milliliters of Anti-Foam #30 to 100 gallons
of developer or stripping solution. Anti-Foam #30 is a foam
inhibitor and should be added BEFORE foam becomes excessive. Add
more as needed.

Safety:
|
|
Exercise care when dispensing
or otherwise handling this product. Avoid contact with skin and
eyes. Avoid breathing vapors. In case of contact flush with large
amounts of cold water. In case of eye contact flush with cold water
for 15 to 20 minutes and see a physician immediately. Read MSDS
before handling this product and wear appropriate goggles, gloves
and protective clothing.

Storage:

Store at 40° to
100° F. Keep containers closed and away from direct heat, sparks,
and strong oxidizing agents.

is guaranteed for (1) year from date of receipt in unopened containers.
